I am more aware of what I need to do, I know more about myself. I am more motivated to work on myself, improve my existing work, it feels like I've been given direction.

Ryan always clearly explains everything. Always getting replies and support. Feedback has been really useful and I got way more than I expected.

Now I have a clear idea and vision on what I want to do and don't want to do.

I am really grateful that Ryan and Marc provided a lot of questions in this programme to help me become more critical and use all the information I have.

I am very impressed with this course and myself as well as I have never been self-critical before.

I’ve realised that my own resistance to committing fully to a direction is probably my biggest blocker, not because I don’t care, but because I care so much I want it to be the right thing.

I feel a stronger persona emerging.

Having space to reflect with structure, and beginning to actually connect the dots between my past projects, my skillset, and where I want to go.

This opportunity helped and forced me to grow as a designer. I took on more responsibility and as it was a field I was not familiar with, I had to learn.

It all begins with you and you need to want something strong enough for you to decide to go for it. I am grateful for the day I decided to work on myself for I believe I wouldn't be typing this message right now.
