There's so much insight into the little things of an application that I did not even consider, my only regret is not starting this program sooner. I completely restructured by CV, portfolio and cover letters, and have already received positive feedback from designers in my circle.

Who is this for

This is for design graduates, career returners and creative professionals trying to take their next step in the industry.

You might be applying for your first role, returning after time away, changing direction or finding that you are not getting the opportunities you expected.

What matters is that you are serious about building a career in design and willing to put the work in. Finding the tight role can shape the next few years of your career, so this is not about chasing a quick fix or sending out another hundred applications. It is about getting the right help, understanding what is holding you back and learning how to position yourself properly.

Why talented creatives get stuck

Talent alone does not get you hired.

You can have an amazing portfolio, good experience and plenty of potential, but still struggle to turn that into interviews and offers. Often, the problem is not the quality of your work. It is how you present it, how clearly you communicate value, where you are looking, who you are speaking to and whether employers can quickly understand why they should choose you.

That is why there is rarely one quick change that solves everything. The real difference comes from understanding the whole picture and getting the right guidance around it.

A Professional Recommendation

Jules McKeown, Senior Lecturer in Design at Leeds Arts University

“As both a creative business owner and a Senior Lecturer in Design with over 20 years of experience supporting creatives, I've attended countless conferences, workshops, and professional development events. This stands out as one of the most valuable and genuinely transformative experiences I've been part of.

Ryan and Marc have created something incredibly special. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine passion for helping creatives succeed creates an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their challenges, celebrating their wins, and supporting one another. Within a very short space of time, a room full of strangers became a collaborative community, exchanging ideas, offering encouragement, and making meaningful connections.

What impressed me most was the balance between inspiration and practical action. Every session was filled with honest advice, clear strategies, and practical tools that participants could immediately apply to their own businesses. As an educator, I spend my career helping people develop creative confidence, and it was inspiring to witness so many attendees leave with greater clarity, renewed motivation, and a real sense of direction.

It leaves you feeling energised, connected, and excited about what's possible. Whether you're just starting out or have been running a creative business for years, Ryan and Marc create an experience that meets you where you are while encouraging you to think bigger."

On the same day as the interview, I was offered the job, which was a huge and exciting moment for me!
You helped me prepare for the interview and gave feedback on my portfolio presentation, which was really valuable.
