We bring together experienced designers, business owners, specialists and industry experts to share the knowledge, ideas and experience that can genuinely move your career forward. It is practical, relevant and built around the things creative professionals actually need to know, from business and marketing to confidence, technology, communication and the changing industry around us.
This is not another library of generic content. It is an award-winning platform built to give you access to people, perspectives and knowledge.

How we deliver results
Professional development works when it becomes part of how you think and work, not something you dip into once and forget.
That is why this membership is built around ongoing learning, real conversations and practical development across business, career, confidence and communication.
We cover topics that actually shape a creative career and business. From portfolios, websites, social media and marketing to buyer types, sales conversations, advertising, accountancy, PR and of course AI and automations. The subjects change as the industry changes, so the learning stays relevant.

The aim is not to give you more information. It is to help you think differently, make stronger decisions and keep developing long after the session ends.

Who is behind your membership
We created this Professional Development Membership because we could see something was missing. It started as a platform for graduate architects to showcase their work, was picked up by the AJ and ArchDaily, and has grown into a multi-award-winning platform supporting designers and creatives at every stage of their career.
Today, Ryan and Marc are invited to speak across the country because people connect with the way they think, teach and bring people together.
Ryan Wenham

Ryan Wenham is a Chartered Architect and Registered Interior Designer who has been recognised with multiple awards, including the Elmes Memorial Prize.
After training in Liverpool and Barcelona, he co-founded Larsen Architecture, where he now supports architects and designers in scaling their businesses, attracting high-quality clients, and building sustainable, fulfilling careers.
Marc Prats
Organisational Psychologist | Confidence Coach
Marc Prats is a trainer, coach and communication specialist with a background in linguistics, organisational psychology and leadership development.
A qualified Insights Discovery Practitioner, he designs and delivers professional development programmes at Larsen Architecture that help architects and designers strengthen communication, build confidence and unlock their full potential in both business and practice.
