A Typical Workshop Day.
Morning Session: Welcome and Introduction: an overview of the day's agenda and objectives. Introduction of Larsen Liverpool and the team. Keynote Presentation: A guest speaker will deliver a keynote presentation on a relevant topic or theme. Q&A Session: Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a discussion with the speaker. Mid-Morning Break: Participants can take a short break to rest, refresh, and network with other participants and hosts. Hands-on Activity or Design Exercise: Participants engage in a hands-on team building activity or design exercise related to the workshop's focus. This may involve individual or group work, applying concepts discussed in the morning session. Lunch Break: Participants have time to take a longer break, have lunch, and network with other attendees. Afternoon Session: Participants engage in interactive discussions, sharing their thoughts, experiences, and exchanging ideas. Relevant case studies may be presented and analysed to deepen understanding and demonstrate application of concepts relevant to the workshop’s focus. Afternoon Break: Another short break is provided for participants to relax, recharge, and network. Hands-on Application and Feedback: Participants work on applying the concepts learned during the day, either individually or in groups. Feedback and Critique: Facilitators or guest experts provide feedback and constructive criticism on participants' work. Summary and Closing: Workshop facilitators summarise the day's key takeaways and provide guidance for the following day's activities. Closing remarks may include announcements, reminders, and gratitude for participants' engagement. Note: The above schedule is a general outline and can be adjusted based on the workshop's specific objectives, duration, and the availability of guest speakers. It is also important to allow for breaks and networking opportunities to foster participant engagement and interaction throughout the workshop.
