In-Person Experiences
Good design does not happen in isolation. It comes from conversation, collaboration and being surrounded by people who see the world in a similar way.
Our in-person experiences give you the space to step away from the day-to-day and look properly at your business, your ambitions and what comes next. You will learn, challenge the way you think, meet brilliant people and have conversations what are difficult to have when you are sitting behind a laptop on your own.
We want you to leave knowing what needs to change and how you are going to change it, with helpful things done along the way, including professional photography and content for your business.
It is a full-circle experience. Learning, business, community, good food, plenty of conversation and lots of laughs along the way.
Business Coaching & Mentoring
Through Business Circle and Inner Circle, we work closely with design business owners who want more from the business they have created. Better clients, stronger positioning, more confidence, more freedom and a business that reflects the quality of work they produce.
We run our own design studio, working with clients and taking on ambitious projects, so we understand the decisions, the pressure and the reality because we are living it too. Alongside that, Marc brings the psychology that allows us to go much deeper than any generic, surface-level business advice.
We work on everything from your clients, pricing and positioning to disability, branding and confidence and the way the business fits around your life.

Every designer and every design business is different, so how we work with each person has to be different.
We take the time to understand you, your business and the life you are trying to build. Then we create a clear plan and stay alongside you as you put it into practice.
This is hands-on, personal support that combines design, psychology, and community. We become part of your journey, because lasting change comes from partnership, not just information.
The right fit matters
As a designer, you need to sell. Your ideas, your talent and your service. But when you are working with the right people, it does not feel like selling. It just fits.
That is how we work too. We do not want to work with everyone. We work with people who value what we do, are open to being challenged and are ready to make changes. We ask our designers to chose clients who respect their expertise and we hold ourselves to the same standard.

After training in Liverpool and Barcelona, he co-founded Larsen Architecture, where he now supports architects and designers in scaling their businesses, attracting high-quality clients, and building sustainable, fulfilling careers.

Marc Prats is a trainer, coach and communication specialist with a background in linguistics, organisational psychology and leadership development.
A qualified Insights Discovery Practitioner, he designs and delivers professional development programmes at Larsen Architecture that help architects and designers strengthen communication, build confidence and unlock their full potential in both business and practice.
